The Asia Pacific (APAC) region includes a diversity of cultures, societies and marketplaces that are unique to themselves. These cultural diversities are not limited to languages and currencies (as is often the perception), but it also includes differences in business models, ethics and practices. These differences are reflected in the diversity of web usage, media distribution and user responsiveness… within the APAC region.

Despite the APAC online community expected to reach 600 Million by end of 2008 with a growth rate of over 300% in the next 8 years, very little content or web news is covered in mainstream media. It is in this regard that Asia Online Marketing hopes to discuss on the trends and happening in the region as well as global online trends. Through a network of like-mind professional in the various APAC markets, we hope to create a central blog covering the APAC techology, web and online marketing ecosystem.
